Guests must be aged 21 or over, or accompanied by a responsible adult. The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the customer or the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.
Hotel Alto has a strict non-party policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorization, guests will be charged. Please note that stag, hen and other parties are not permitted.
Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.
Please note Hotel Alto reserve the right to request a deposit of at least GBP 100 before or upon arrival. The property will contact you a few days prior to arrival, with clear check-in instructions.
Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost of 50 GBP.
Kindly note that there is a strict non-smoking policy in the throughout the whole premises at all times, guests will be shown designated smoking areas upon check in. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

開車上路除了遵守道路交通規則，並確保自身安全之外，還得時時刻刻留意周遭狀況，尤其是在國道中，車速相當快，要是發生交通意外後果恐不堪設想，此外若遇上馬路三寶，更是令人相當頭大的一件事。
一名網友在臉書社團「爆料公社」中分享了一段影片，影片中可見，一輛內側車道的小客車行駛到匝道口時，發現來不及切換到外側車道，竟絲毫不顧慮後方車輛直切下匝道，令後方車輛差點發生碰撞。該名網友表示：「移動神主牌，小心遇刺」。
影片隨即掀起一陣熱議，網友們紛紛留言表示，「真的是好險沒被他害死」、「自己活膩了，也別拖累別人，真的是太糟糕了」、「也太恐怖了吧！請他吃一張罰單吧」、「很受不了那種明明就是要下交流道的人，還硬是要開在內側是什麼意思」、「這種三寶真是無所不在，自己命丟了活該，但卻又會害人陪葬」。
